There was a time in my life when I experienced multiple chemical sensitivities and I became fearful of having a reaction to any numbers of triggers. I viewed my life through the lens of what I could not do. Ideally what I learned will aid in your own healing process.
By recognizing whatever fear haunts you, and owning that you feel this way, you give yourself the power to heal. Ask yourself, “How does choosing to feel this way serve me?” What is the pay off? What is it showing me? Is it showing me that I feel powerless? Is it showing me that I am giving my power away to an idea?
Fear can be a catalyst for change. Change can be releasing a habit that no longer serves you, or among other things, change can be releasing a relationship that is not in your best interest. Yes, change can be scary, but it can also be exhilarating and transforming. It all depends on how you perceive it.
You can use your fear to catapult yourself into the experience, explore it fully, let it go and experience the fullness of who you are! Once that happens, everything looks and feels different. You experience yourself in a whole new way. You recognize that you are more than what you see when you look in the mirror, and new doorways open for you. At first, it might be a window, but if you look through that window, you might see a doorway that was always there that you never saw before, because now you are looking with new eyes. With this new awareness, synchronicities begin to happen every day. New opportunities are suddenly present. You are always in the right place at the right time. You begin to meet people who think like you. The unseen is suddenly experienced. Something has changed. The word “can’t” is no longer in your vocabulary. You are no longer limited, YOU are LIMITLESS!
